Please note that production takes 14 working days. Also, note that we run a “No refund policy” as orders are considered final and conclusive upon placement. However, we have a "conditional exchange policy”. 

You are allowed to make only one exchange when there has been a mix up or error on your orders (pair/size) at the instance of our company. Provided that for this to apply, the pairs must remain unused/unworn and in its original condition.

Each piece is handmade and unique. As a result, slight variations in texture, color, and natural creasing may occur. These are not defects but a reflection of the craftsmanship and individuality of each item.
